Pay data · built by crew

What does this gig actually pay?

Community-built medians of what nightlife crew actually got paid — reported by the people working the gigs. Slices appear once at least 5 crew have submitted; below that, we don't show anything (your data stays anonymous, but slices that small could identify someone).

Not enough data for this slice yet.

We need at least 5 submissions per role × city × pay type before any number shows. Add yours — every submission gets the platform closer to the floor.

How this page works

Each row shows two medians side by side. "Reported actual" is what crew members reported they were actually paid for gigs in that role / city. "Crew Call offered" is the median pay that filled crew calls advertised. The gap between them is the most interesting story on this page — what was promised vs what landed.

Half the submissions are above the median, half below. We use medians rather than averages because nightlife pay is wide and a single huge or tiny submission shouldn't move the number.

The range next to the median is the 25th to 75th percentile — the middle half of submissions. A wide range means the role is paid unpredictably in that city; a narrow range means there's a community consensus.

When a city slice has fewer than 5 submissions, we fall back to the country-level median (marked with a note). Below the country level we show nothing — the data simply doesn't exist yet, and inferring it would be misleading.

The "Last 12 months" view tracks where the market actually is. "All time" includes older submissions so you can see the long-term baseline. They're independent — neither overrides the other.

Revenue-share gigs are recorded but excluded from medians (the variability would distort everything).
